A tribute to the halflings
Chapter 1
----------
P1: What do you thinks about heaven ?
P2: What about it?
P1: Do you think there is booze in there like Vodka Martini and stuff?.....Do you think it is bad??
P2: Yeah it is bad ..... Lets me tell you and don't make it into some mockery.
Lets say there is a kid how is overrun bu a car driven by a drunken man.
Now that boy died on that day because the other guy was drunk. Wont it make it a bad thing.
P1: Ok...Let me take another example.
There is this guy who is so very self rituous and benign. He was brought up well by his parents and in turn he brought up his kids in a deserving manner. He treaded the paths on honesty ever since humanity saw him. He gets up, goes to work and work hard he does. In the evening goes to temple/church/mosque according to religion. Then he goes on the distribute alms among the poor and needy and when he comes back to his place he goes to sleep with a but of liquor. In time he dies of natural causes.
When he is to be judged for his actions by god what would happen.
God might say "hey man you are good and good to go to heaven but I cant let you in coz you had that vodka martini thing. Although I know that you have n't done a vile thing after being drunk but still go to hell."
Somehow I don't think this will happen coz then this would be hippocracy and god ain't a hippocrit.
So now this guy goes to heaven and remember heaven is not a rehabilitation center. So in heaven if there is no booze then this guy is troubled, this is no heaven its a cage....earth was better. So in order to make heaven a heaven, there has got to be Rum. What says?
P2: I am speechless
P1: By similar logic there is charas, ganja, cigarettes, smack and all the crap that is considered bad here.
Then what does it make heaven a bad evil place like the knockterdrum alley?
P2: :)

Splendid logic.....
But dude coming back to the story bu P2.. when this kid is run over by that drunk fella...whose fault is it??? Is it the fault of the bozze or that of the guy who drank it??
Abiding by the indian constitution and as seen in several hindi movies, we can let several guilty go unpunished plundering and looting but under no circumstances should an innocent fella be punished
I think I had asked a simple enough question ..
And u have thrown BIG words at my face.. which I fail to comprehend...
Its simple enough....It does not matter if this drunk guy is guilty or not coz he belong to the category which the constitution is willing to go scott free.
The other fella about whom the story goes is the innocent fella.
Now get in context and do the mapping.
:)
Dude... When we are talking abt the greater judgement here.. which is above all constitutions ..
Justice remains the same here or in heaven...what changes is our ability to see the truth.
So I guess we can talk about justice or fate or whatever here or there without being biased but here or there
" he belong to the category which the constitution is willing to go scott free."
-- Is this the justice you are talking about??
It is not a perfect model
He might not be punished here but definitely punished up there.
A;though justice still remains the same ...
Its the truth that is always reveled up there and not here
Im confused to hell... so cut the crap... and answer the question... "No justice... No Fate.. No Constitution.. No Bias"
whose fault is it??? Is it the fault of the bozze or that of the guy who drank it??
I would say does it matter?
My Friend.. Why are u not answering the question... We will discuss abt the validity and importance of it later..
Just answer the question...
Friend why do you want me to pass a judgement????
I am no judge for these matter or perhaps I might be too small in stature to comment on things that I dont understand.
All things cant always answered as a true of a false and some questions are best left unanswered.
Dude who says Im asking you to pass a judgement....
And a big round of applause for "All things cant always answered as a true of a false and some questions are best left unanswered. ".. This is simply gr8 stuff...
But tell me is this question too tough for you to answer.. Is it your conscience which is not allowing you to answer it...
Also Im not looking for any judgement.. I am merely asking for your view point...
My point of view says that there are no vile things in this world and nothing is inherently evil.
Nothing that does not have a soul and a will of its own can be blamed for events that others associate with it, be it a context or liquor.
So if there is a blame to be shared, it has to be shared my the carrier of the action...the person the one who chooses to live irrationally and do things illogically.
A judgment if there would ever be a judgment goes against the individual and against liquor.
For centuries we have seen and heard judgments against drunken drivers, but any judgment against liquor company???? think there is some judgment innate in nature and we tend to align with it without really knowing it
Im speechleass again...
And Since Nature has not bestowed upon me the gift of showy language.. but just to keep a matters short... Here in Im putting my understanding of the subject...
"So if there is a blame to be shared, it has to be shared my the carrier of the action...the person the one who chooses to live irrationally and do things illogically." So this guy is faulty for doing it the wrong way..
And also as you said that liquor has no soul... But I have seen perfectly sane people doing outwardly rubish things after consuming liquor.... So Am I correct in thinking that liquor is the iniciator of the misdeed...
The guy is indeed the one who has commited the crime.. but its the liquor that made him do so..
Lets draw a analogy.
Person suffering from high blood sugar consumes sugar and dies, whose to blame - sugar, person, person who made sugar, context, god or nothing?
"but its the liquor that made him do so.."
but made him do it how???....spoke in his ears that bang that fella.
nops ...I at least I don't think so
I think if there is a leek in the system, its has to be when the guy decided that he id drunk and then he'll drive. The incidents thereafter of no one's will except perhaps god himself.
Wow... I genuflect
So its GOD's will....
Person suffering from high blood sugar consumes sugar and dies, whose to blame - sugar, person... dude this is no analogy...
here person is killing himself...
In your story its the kid who dies
You know when you look at things from a birds eyes, its does not matter who killed whom or what a happened.
These are just variables or agents that bring about the changes and my examples might be ways off to tie them up with logic, but its the result that matters.
So who killed the little boy or was it god's will or mere madness is not for us to decide. We can only view the events in a read only mode and wonder if the person really killed himself or was he ignorant to the result of his actions
I GENUFLECT....
Apparantely.. I have exhausted all my logic (if there was any)
No point moving any further... and transversing the path long forbidden
